Cancellation Policy

All bookings include a non-refundable administration charge of 2% of the booking fee which we are unable to refund on cancellation. Cancellations between 7 and 28 days of your appointment will be refunded at 75% of your booking fee. Cancellations within 2-7 days of your appointment will be refunded at 50% of your booking fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will not be refunded.
